It all started with a single truckload of tile.
Three decades ago, Ronnie Pollard purchased a small carpet outlet in Etowah County, Alabama—planting the seed that would grow into Tile Liquidators. With a vision for more, he took a risk on a closeout flooring deal in the heart of Gadsden. One warehouse. One desk. One phone. One employee. And one truckload of liquidated tile. That humble beginning became the starting point for what is now North Alabama’s largest stocking floor-covering dealer.
From those early days, Tile Liquidators has grown steadily and significantly. Over the decades, we’ve added locations in Albertville and Huntsville, expanding our reach and refining our offerings. What began as a flooring business has now grown into a full-scale home design destination—stocking cabinets, countertops, vanities, area rugs, and finishing tools.
At the heart of this growth has been a strong sense of family and faith. Now spanning two generations, Tile Liquidators continues to thrive under the leadership of Ronnie and his son, Nathan Pollard, who joined full-time in 2014. Today, our team has grown to over 90 employees across three thriving locations, all committed to serving the communities of North Alabama with excellence, honesty, and Southern hospitality.
