Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented cabinet installer associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of cabinet and countertop materials with precision and care, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your construction skills while working on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Install cabinetry, countertops, and other building materials according to blueprints and technical drawings
- Measure dimensions accurately using tape measures and other hand tools to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Follow construction plans and specifications to execute remodeling, restoration, and new installation projects
- Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for cutting, shaping, and securing materials
- Perform construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols
- Interpret technical drawings and plans to guide installation processes
- Assist with tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, and fixture installation
Experience
- Prior construction site experience with a focus on building material installation or remodeling projects
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction during installations
